Design Consulting
1. The Design Partner will be presented to the client by Grupo Ideas Panamá through a virtual meeting at the beginning of the consultancy.
2. The Design Partner will work based on objectives and deliverables at a convenient time for him and for THE CLIENT, without the need for a record of hours. You will be evaluated for specific assignments.
3. THE CLIENT may terminate the consultancy through a notification to Grupo Ideas Panama 15 days in advance of the next billing date, otherwise it will be penalized with a cancellation fee equivalent to 20% of the monthly service payment ( $200).
4. It will be possible to schedule 2 weekly meetings with THE CLIENT and the Design Partner to monitor projects and assignments, it will be done through a digital platform.
5. Projects will be managed through Project Management Platforms, if the client does not have one, Bitrix and Tresorit will be used.
6. It will be invoiced monthly. If, for example, the services are purchased on June 15, the next invoice will be on July 15.
7. The service fees must be paid within the first 10 days of the invoice being issued, if this is not the case, pending deliveries may be suspended until they are up to date, the first payment is in advance.
