• The Web Design service includes minor changes and maintenance of the monthly website, the client will have right to (1) Personalized Online Session per month, to review his website with minor updates.

1. Any claim, query or disagreement will be submitted in writing to the emailsales@grupoideas.co  it will be answered within a period of 5 business days. 
2. Grupo Ideas Panamá does not make refunds in cash, in the case of a refund, a credit may be issued to acquire Grupo Ideas Panamá services within a period of 6 months from the date the credit was issued. 
3. In case of disagreement with the Design of the Website, Grupo Ideas will review the references sent by the client and if the deliveries were made as requested, there will be no right to claim and any additional changes will be charged according to the fees agreed between the Group. Ideas and the Client. 
4.  The parties declare that any disagreement or claim regarding any point related to compliance with these clauses and the previous ones can be claimed under the laws of the Republic of Panama.

Day 1 of service corresponds to the day the Initial Payment is received. The Website Design will be delivered in 10 business days after receiving the initial payment. The Designs will be prepared according to the references sent by the client, the client must supply logos, texts for content and images through our emailsales@grupoideas.co

 The Hosting will be done with the Wix Platform and the domains purchased with Godaddy, two domain options will be presented to choose from. To start the services, you must have made the Initial Payment y reserve a Personalized Online Session in the following Link:

The Hosting + Domain option is only to pay the annuity, once 12 months have passed after having acquired the Web Design Service.
